Soup of the Day Freshly prepared homemade soup of the day served with granary or crusty white bread and butter. Dim Sum Seafood Shadmai, Prawn Wontons, Vegetable Spring Roll & Vegetable Samosas served with a salad garnish and Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce. Pate & Toast Ardennes Coarse Pork Pate with plums & brandy served with redcurrant jelly hot toast & butter. Scampi Plump wholetail scampi coated in breadcrumbs served with chips, peas, salad and Tartare Sauce. Sautéed Lamb's Liver Lamb's liver sautéed and served on a bed of fresh mash, red wine and onion gravy, topped with bacon and fresh vegetables. Lamb Cutlets Char-grilled Lamb Cutlets served with new potatoes, fresh vegetables and minted gravy. Spotted Dick Traditional suet pudding infused with mixed spices & packed fall of raisins served with custard, cream or ice cream

Chocaberry Pie Chocolate pastry case layered with chocolate filling, chocolate flavoured mousse and clotted cream flavour mousse. Decorated with cranberries, redcurrants, raspberries & sweet dusting served with cream or ice cream. Vanilla Ice Cream Ice Cream with Raspberry or Chocolate Sauce & Sugar Curls.
